The Journey: Rediscovering Myself


One of my biggest problems I have when working out as much as I do is that I tend to get board doing the same thing over and over again. I have specific things that I try to make sure I do regularly. I regularly lift weights or use tension bands and I also always try to do some form of aerobic exercise. The aerobic part is what can get to be monotonous, so I switch it up, sometimes doing different things in the same day.

Since I spend so much time outdoors as a wildlife and landscape photographer I have to work to keep my conditioning up. During the week when I am teaching it can be easy for me to get caught up in a lull.
